Ordering Equipment
Orders are accepted by telephone or mail. Please have your selections listed with quantities, product part numbers, desired method of shipment and complete address and phone number.

Payment Policies
Total invoice amount is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date. Backorders are excluded. In-Control reserves the right to request prepayment or C.O.D. to any customers. This credit policy is extended to customers in good standing only. Any customers with a delinquent account will forfeit credit and receive all future orders by prepayment or C.O.D..

Discount Allowances
In-Control Equipment will consider providing discount allowances to legitimate marine companies (including boat dealers, performance boat dealers, boat manufactures, etc.) upon request. We will determine discount status after the following information has been provided to use:
1. A copy of your current business license
2. A complete and signed Use Certificate (Massachusetts only)
3. A company letterhead, business card and a copy of your business check.

Freight
All orders will be shipped by U.P.S. or best alternative method unless otherwise specified by the customer. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Returns
All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returns. Damaged equipment will be charged accordingly.

Warranty
In-Control Equipment Inc., agrees to repair or replace any product or part thereof, of its manufacture when necessary as a result of defects in workmanship or material arising within one (1) years from the date of purchase. This applies only to the original purchaser and must be returned to the manufacturer, accompanied by the invoice or purchase ticket. This warranty shall not apply to any product or component thereof which has been repaired or altered outside the factory in any way so as, in the manufactures judgment, to affect its stability or reliability nor due to misuse, negligence or accident, nor shall the warranty apply to any product or components made by the manufacturer which has not been operated or installed in accordance with the manufacturers printed instructions. In no event will In-Control Equipment Inc. be liable for any incident or consequential damages. This applies only to the replacement or repair of products manufactured by In-Control Equipment Inc. and not to any replacement labor expenses. All warranties are void on the following applications, conditions and installations; (1) Commercial Boats; (2) Competition Boats; (3) Improper installations.
